Helleflynder med ærter, bacon og syltede perleløg - Gastrotools.dk
Delicious halibut with peas, crispy bacon, pickled pearl onions, ramson capers and brown butter. Optionally serve the dish with good bread or potatoes for a more filling meal. If you cannot find halibut at your local fish monger, you can easily replace it with cod, turbot or other white fish.
